Fan Tokens: Alfa Romeo look to set another NFTs record

Alfa Romeo’s positive 2022 in the F1 championship continues. Valtteri Bottaswho has scored points in all but one race, is leading the Swiss team’s amazing campaign.

He has scored 38 of the 39 total points the team has scored, and they are placed fifth in the constructors’ championship, ahead of teams like Alpine or AlphaTauriwith more reputation and expectations.

However, this is not the only exciting news for the team. On Monday May 30, Alfa Romeo F1 Team Orlen Fan Token holders will be competing to win the last few of the team’s NFTs from Socios.com.

This is a unique event in the Formula 1 landscape and, as before, it’ll take place on the Monday following a Grand Prix, in this case the Monaco Grand Prix.

The organizers have guaranteed an exclusive NFT 2.0 to those who manage to get their hands on one in each wave (three in total).

That is a difficult undertaking because, in the first wave, the virtual warehouse was emptied in about 20 seconds, while the second wave didn’t even reach eight seconds for the 100 NFTs available in the app.

While Formula 1 fans’ attention will be focused on the iconic Monte Carlo race over the weekend, it’ll then turn to the digital race for the Swiss team’s NFTs.
